IIM Mumbai Admissions 2026: The five-day programme is designed for mid-career professionals with 4 to 10 years of experience. A total of 35 seats are available for the VLFM executive programme.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai has invited applications for its Post Graduate Diploma for Executives – Visionary Leadership for Manufacturing (VLFM) Programme. The programme is designed to develop managerial skills and prepare mid-career professionals to align daily operations with strategic priorities.
IIM Mumbai will conduct the programme over five contact days at its campus. It is open to mid-level professionals from any discipline with four to ten years of work experience. A total of 35 seats are available for the IIM Mumbai VLFM programme.
Candidates can apply for the programme by November 29, 2025, through the institute’s admissions portal at iimmumbai.ac.in/admissions/. As per the institute, the programme is scheduled to begin in mid-April 2026. The programme fee is Rs 16,32,000.

The VLFM programme focuses on building managerial foundations, improving decision-making, and enhancing leadership abilities for manufacturing sector roles. Participants will gain exposure to key management functions and strategies to support organisational growth.

This intensive, industry-aligned programme builds strong managerial foundations, expands business perspectives, and equips you to lead transformation in the manufacturing sector,” the IIM Mumbai said.
The teaching methods include interactive lectures, case studies, group activities, role plays, and management games to provide practical learning and real-world engagement.
