IIM Rohtak Placements: Average package at Rs 18.73 lakh; 65% increase in PPOs

IIM Rohtak saw participation from over 45 new recruiters this placement season. The average package stood at Rs 18.73 lakh per annum.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak concluded campus placements for post graduate programme (PGP) batch of 2021-23. The IIM Rohtak average package stands at Rs 18.73 lakh showing a 16% year-on-year increase.
IIM Rohtak's PGP class of 2023 comprises of 237 talented students with 158 female students and 79 make students having an average work experience of 19 months. The marketing and strategy speacialisation was the most sought after by recruiters.

According to a press statement, the top 10% of the 2023 batch received an average of Rs 34.68 lakh, while the top 25% and 50% were offered an average of Rs 27.15 lakh and Rs 22.64 lakh per annum, respectively. IIM Rohtak also witnessed an increase in the number of pre-placement offers (PPOs) and pre-placement internships (PPIs) offered to the students, with a rise of 65% as compared to the last year.
The institute saw participation from over 45 new recruiters in IIM Rohtak campus placements 2023, the new companies participating in the recruitment process this year include- GAIL, AB InBev, Axis Bank, Barclays, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Samsung, and Wells Fargo among others. Loyal recruiters like Accenture, Aditya Birla, Tata Steel, Amazon, Bain Capability Network, Tata Steel Capgemini, Cognizant, ICICI Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, OfBusiness, and Yes Bank among others.
