IIMC announces two MA degrees; starts counselling for PG diploma programmes

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute Mass Communication (IIMC) New Delhi has announced its first ever PG Degree (MA) Programmes from academic session 2024-25. IIMC Delhi will offer MA in Business Studies and Strategic Communication programmes. The University Grants Commission declared IIMC New Delhi a deemed to be university earlier this year.

The institute will admit 40 students each in the MA in Business Studies and Strategic Communication programmes. More details regarding the programmes and admission process shall be shared soon, the institute said. IIMC Delhi conducts admission to PG programmes through Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG).

IIMC has also started the counselling process for the PG diploma courses 2024-25. Candidates can register for counselling and fill choices on the official website, iimc.admissions.nic.in. Candidates will have to enter details such as CUET PG roll number, CUET PG application number, name, father’s name, date of birth and gender in the registration form.

The institute will verify these details with the CUET PG result data. After successful authentication, candidate needs to choose a password to complete the remaining steps for registration. After successful registration, students can use the CUET PG Roll Number and chosen password for subsequent logins.
