Incorrect responses attract negative marking in both cases. The merit list is prepared based on the candidates’ final evaluated scores.
Separate merit lists will be released for each subject, and only candidates featured on these lists will qualify for the admission process. The admissions cover programmes such as MSc, MSc-PhD, and other integrated courses. Participating institutions include the IITs and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). The merit list is prepared based on candidates’ scores and the number of seats available.
