The programme will be conducted in four phases. The first phase will be held from April 28 to May 4 in an online set-up. Students will gain understanding of real-world issues and begin developing initial solution ideas through guided sessions on research, design thinking, and execution basics.

The second phase, named as “Deep Dive at IIT Delhi”, will take place from May 18 to 22 on campus.

In this phase, “Around 200 selected participants will be invited to the IIT Delhi to refine their ideas, explore labs, and receive mentorship from faculty and industry experts to shape a clear and feasible solution,” according to an official brochure.

In addition, the third phase of the programme will be held from June to November 2026, where students will work on real-world implementation.

They will be given the opportunity to test their solutions with actual users, iterate based on feedback, and work toward creating measurable impact over time.

The multi-phase programme will end in phase 4 in December 2026, where top 20 students will be given awards for their executive and real-world impact. They will present their projects and journey.
