Offered through the IIT Delhi Continuing Education Programme (CEP), the course will help working professionals identify vulnerabilities, assess threats, strengthen AI systems and understand security governance and compliance requirements.
Commenting on the programme launch, Subodh Vishnu Sharma, Associate Professor, Department of CSE, IIT-Delhi, said, “This programme takes a threat-first approach, helping professionals understand how AI systems are attacked and then build the defences to secure them, in line with India’s evolving regulatory requirements. With IIT Delhi faculty and industry practitioners guiding them, participants will work on real-world AI security problems.”
The IIT Delhi CEP six-month programme will include 78 hours of live instruction, which will be divided into five modules and a capstone project. Classes will be conducted through live online mode on Saturdays by IIT Delhi faculty members and industry professionals.
