IIT JAM 2023 response sheet out at jam.iitg.ac.in; direct link, marks vs rank

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has released the IIT Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM 2023) response sheet. Candidates who appeared in the JAM 2023 exam held on February 12 will be able to download their IIT JAM 2023 answer sheets from the official website, jam.iitg.ac.in.

IIT Guwahati conducted JAM exam in computer-based test (CBT) mode for seven different subjects - biotechnology (BT), chemistry (CY), economics (EN), geology (GG), mathematical statistics (MS), mathematics (MA), physics (PH).

IIT JAM 2023 was held in two shifts on a single day. The question paper consisted objective type questions of three different types - multiple-choice questions (MCQ), multiple select questions (MSQ), and numerical answer type (NAT) questions.

IIT JAM results 2023 will be declared on March 22 at jam.iitg.ac.in 2023. Candidates qualifying in JAM 2023 are eligible to apply for admission to over 3,000 seats in IITs for the academic year 2023-24. “No additional evaluation process, such as suitability test or interview is required for admission to the programmes in Admitting Institutes under JAM 2023,” the information brochure read.

Candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer with 1 mark weightage and 2 marks for questions with 2-marks weightage. No marks will be given for unattempted questions. For every incorrect answers (of 1 marks questions), 1/3rd marks will be deducted and for 2 marks questions, 2/3 marks will be deducted, as per the official notice.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the IIT JAM 2023 response sheet.

• Visit the IIT-Guwahati JAM official website, jam.iitg.ac.in 2023.
• Click on the “Candidate login portal”
• Enter email id or enrollment id and password.
• IIT JAM 2023 response sheet will be displayed.
• Download the JAM answer sheet for future reference.
