IIT JAM 2025 registration begins today on jam2025.iitd.ac.in; exam on February 2

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will commence the IIT Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2025 registration from today, August 3. Interested and eligible candidates can fill up the IIT JAM 2025 registration form by visiting the official website, at jam2025.iitd.ac.in. The IIT JAM 2025 registration deadline is October 11.

Candidates who have either completed their undergraduate degree or are in the final year of their undergraduate studies are eligible to apply for the JAM 2025 exam. There is no age limit for applicants. Additionally, foreign nationals holding an Indian degree can also apply, subject to the policy of the admitting institute.

The deadline for making changes to exam cities, test papers, category, or gender for IIT JAM 2025 is November 30, 2024. According to the schedule, the IIT JAM 2025 admit card will be issued in early January. Candidates will be required to provide their application number and password to download the IIT JAM 2024 admit card.

IIT JAM 2025 registration fee

Candidates are required to pay an application fee to complete the JAM 2025 registration. Candidates belonging to female, Schedule Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) are required to pay Rs 900 for one paper and Rs 1,250 for two papers. Candidates belonging to other categories are required to pay Rs 1,800 for single paper and Rs 2,500 for two papers.

JAM 2025 exam on February 2

The duration of IIT JAM 2025 is 3 hours. The JAM 2025 paper carries a total of 100 marks. There will be three types of questions in JAM 2025 -Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. The IIT JAM 2024 result will be declared on March 19 and the candidates will be able download their scorecard from March 25 onwards.
