IIT Roorkee to conduct JAM 2022 exam on February 13, 2022; Registration begins from Aug 30
The JAM 2022 exam will be held on February 13, 2022, and there is no age restriction to appear in the test.
NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will conduct the Joint Admission Test for MSc Programmes (JAM) 2022 on February 13, 2022. IIT Roorkee has been announced as the conducting body of JAM 2022. The institute will release the JAM application form 2022 on August 30 at jam.iitr.ac.in, and the last date of registering for the JAM 2022 is October 11.

Similar to JAM 2021, the JAM 2022 will also have seven test papers, namely, Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS) and Physics (PH). The question paper of IIT JAM 2022 will consist of multiple-choice, multiple select and numerical answer type questions.
The JAM 2022 examination will be held on February 13, 2022, in the computer-based mode. JAM 2022 will be conducted this year in 103 exam centres in eight IIT zones. The JAM admit card 2022 will be released on January 4, 2022. The result of the JAM 2022 exam will be announced on March 22, 2022.
The entrance exam of JAM 2022 will be conducted for the candidates who wish to take admissions in MSc, Joint MSc‐PhD, MSc‐PhD dual degree, MSc‐MS (Research)/ PhD dual degree, and other post‐bachelor degree programmes at 20 IITs.
Around 75,501 students registered for the IIT JAM 2021 exam and 58,969 students appeared for the test. A total of 14, 725 students scored above or equal to the cut-off marks and appeared on the merit list.
