IMT Ghaziabad’s PGDM 2023-25 batch recorded the highest CTC of Rs 41.55 lakh per annum and an average package of Rs 16.25 lakh. Over 190 recruiters participated.

NEW DELHI: IMT Ghaziabad has announced interim placement results for its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Batch 2023-25, with the highest cost to company (CTC) at Rs 41.55 lakh per annum (LPA). The average salary is Rs 16.25 LPA, while the median salary stands at Rs 15 lakh per annum.
According to the institute, 90% of the PGDM candidates have been placed. The average salary of female students was Rs 17.28 LPA, higher than the male average salary of Rs 15.77 LPA.
The top 100 students received an average CTC of Rs 24.32 LPA. The median of IMT Ghaziabad placement stands at Rs 20.5 LPA for top 100 students. For top 200 students, the average package stands at Rs 21.04 LPA, with a median of Rs 19.55 LPA.
“The average CTC of female students stands at ₹17.28 lakhs per annum, surpassing the male average of ₹15.77 lakhs per annum. This achievement reflects IMT’s commitment to empowering women, promoting equal opportunities, and nurturing future women leaders,” the official press release said.
The placement process saw participation from over 190 recruiters, including 30% first-time recruiters, contributing to 28% of placements. Banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), information technology and information technology-enabled services (IT/ITES), consulting, and consumer goods and products accounted for over 70% of the total offers in the placement process.
IMT Ghaziabad's campus placement process for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management-Dual Country Program (PGDM-DCP) is in progress, with students currently participating in placements in Dubai. The batch is expected to complete the process after Ramadan. “This program, designed to provide a comprehensive international perspective, has paved the way for lucrative international placement opportunities for the graduates of the DCP program,” the press release said.
