NEW DELHI: The Indian Bank will close the registration window for recruitment to the post of Specialist Officers (SO) 2024 today, April 1. Interested candidates should fill out the Indian Bank SO application form by visiting the official website, indianbank.in.

The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 146 specialist officer posts. To register for the Indian Bank recruitment exam 2024, candidates from general, other backward class (OBC) categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 1,000. Candidates from scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST) and persons with disability (PwD) are required to pay Rs 175 as the application fee. The last date to make payment is today, April 1.

The minimum qualifying mark in the written test and interview is 40 per cent for candidates belonging to the unreserved category, economically weaker section (EWS) and 35 per cent for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PwD categories.

Indian Bank SO Recruitment 2024: Exam pattern

The Indian Bank Recruitment 2024 exam will carry a total of 100 questions carrying one mark each. For each incorrect answer, one-fourth of the marks will be deducted as a penalty. No penalty will be applied for unanswered questions. Subject-wise exam duration and number of questions is given in the table below.

Candidates who qualify the Indian Bank SO written exam will be invited for an interview round. The interview round carries a total of 100 marks. The weightage for the written test and interview will be in the ratio of 80:20.
