NEW DELHI: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi, has declared the INI CET 2021 result on November 28, 2020 for the January session. Candidates can check the INI CET result on the official AIIMS website - aiimsexams.org in PDF format. Only candidates who have scored equal to or more than the cutoff percentile are considered qualified for the entrance exam. Only the qualified candidates can also download the INI CET 2021 scorecard by logging in on the official website. The shortlisted candidates will be eligible to call for the counselling and allotment process.
On the basis of Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) result, admission will be granted to 815 Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master in Surgery (MS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), Master of Chirurgiae (MCh), and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) seats. These MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh seats will be allotted in 8 AIIMS, PGIMER Chandigarh, NIMHANS Bengaluru, and JIPMER Puducherry.
INI CET replaced four postgraduate medical entrance tests - AIIMS PG, JIPMER PG, NIMHANS, and PGIMER. INI CET exam was conducted by AIIMS, Delhi in a computer based mode on November 20, 2020. INI CET exam will be conducted twice a year for July and January sessions.

Tie-breaking criteria
The tie-breaking criteria set by AIIMS Delhi in case of two or more candidates securing equal marks is as follows:

Less negative marks scored: Candidates who manage to get less answers wrong will be placed higher in the merit list.

Seniority in age: Candidate who is older in age among the two will be awarded a higher position in the merit list.
What after the INI CET 2021 result?
Candidates who have qualified the exam will have to register for the INI CET counselling process. During counselling candidates will be asked to fill their preference of colleges and courses. The counselling will be conducted in an online mode by AIIMS Delhi. There will be at least two rounds of seat allotment followed by an open round and spot round.
Seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit, choices of course and college filled by the candidates, reservation criteria, and availability of seats. Schedule for the INI CET counselling process will be released by AIIMS on its official website.
