NEW DELHI: The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has extended the registration deadline for the Common Entrance Test (CET). Candidates who have not yet completed the IPU CET 2024 application form can do so by visiting the official website of IP University at ipu.ac.in.
The last date to fill out the IPU CET 2024 application form is April 15. The university initially set the deadline to fill out the IPU CET 2024 application form as March 31. However, this deadline was later extended by the university until April 10.
The IPU CET 2024 exam is scheduled to be held from April 27 to May 14. Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 1,500 to register for the IPU CET 2024 exam. “It has been observed that some candidates have initiated the registration process but have not completed it by paying the requisite application fee. Such candidates should complete the process,” the official notice read.
IP University's counselling process for various undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes is scheduled to start in early June and conclude by July 31. The forthcoming academic session will commence on August 1.
The university will also consider the scores from the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission form this year. The IPU CET 2024 exam does not determine admissions for Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programs. Admissions to these programmes are solely based on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main scores.
