NEW DELHI: The Indian Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF) has issued the notification for the ITBP recruitment exam 2024. As per the official notice, the application process will begin tomorrow, September 2 to recruit eligible male and female candidates, to fill vacancies for the position of constable for the non-gazetted and non-ministerial posts in group C.
The last date to apply for the ITBP constable recruitment 2024 exam is October 1. Eligible candidates can apply for the ITBP constable recruitment 2024 through the official website, recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 819 vacancies for the constable posts. Out of these, 697 vacancies are reserved for male candidates, while 122 are reserved for female candidates.
Candidates from all categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100. However, female candidates, ex-servicemen, and those belonging to the scheduled caste (SC) and scheduled tribe (ST) categories are exempted from this fee. Ten per cent of the vacancies are reserved for ex-servicemen.
“If these vacancies remain unfilled due to the non-availability of eligible or qualified candidates, they will be filled by non-ex-servicemen candidates from the respective categories,” the official notice read.

ITBP Constable Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria
Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for the ITBP constable recruitment 2024 exam given below.
Age limit: Candidates' age should be between 18 years old and 25 years old to be eligible to apply for the ITBP constable exam 2024.
Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have passed Class 10 from a recognised board.

Candidates who have completed a National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) Level-1 course in food production or kitchen from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) or institutes recognised by the National Skill Development Corporation are also eligible.
The ITBP constable exam 2024 selection process includes four stages: physical efficiency test, physical standard test, written examination, and medical examination. Candidates must pass all stages for final selection.
