NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the results for selection post phase 12 for matriculation, higher secondary, and graduate and other levels. The exam was conducted from June 20 to June 26, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their SSC selection post phase 12 result 2024 through the official website, ssc.gov.in.

As per the official notice, a total of 10,30,119 candidates applied for graduation and above-level posts. For higher secondary level posts, 10,69,096 applications were recorded and 12,72,374 applications were submitted by candidates for matriculation level posts.

A total of 29,561 candidates have been shortlisted for graduation and above-level posts based on normalised scores and merit. Additionally, 16,162 candidates have been shortlisted for higher secondary-level posts. For matriculation level examinations, 15,895 candidates have been selected for the next stage of scrutiny.

These candidates are required to upload self-attested copies of their educational qualifications, experience, category certificates, and other relevant documents on the SSC portal from September 2 to September 24, 2024. “It may be noted that if a candidate has qualified for multiple categories of posts, then he/ she must upload the requisite documents separately for each category of post,” the official notice read.

SSC Selection Post Phase 12 Result 2024: Tie-breaking rule

In the event of a tie in the scores of candidates in the computer based examination of SSC phase 12 exam 2024, the following criteria have been applied sequentially to resolve the tie.

  • Total marks in the computer based examination.

  • Marks obtained in part A of the computer based examination.

  • Marks obtained in part B of the computer based examination.

  • Date of birth, with older candidates ranked higher.

  • Alphabetical order of names.
