NEW DELHI: The Jaipuria Institute of Management organized the 7th edition of LeaderSpeak on June 16, 2023, at Le Meridian Hyderabad. It serves as a platform for Indian CXOs to convene and gain insights into the current realities of the corporate world. This event aimed to understand the crucial factors involved in creating exceptional Indian CEOs on a global scale, making it an essential gathering for business leaders and aspiring executives.
The theme of the event was "Developing global Indian CEOs: What Academia and corporate can do more?" The panel discussed the various aspects and complexity of leadership and how it can be implemented to seek growth in education, culture, connections, resilience, disparities, and social skills.

The panellists included S. V. Nathan, a HR expert and partner at Deloitte India, industry veterans such as Sandip Patnaik, Sr. managing director at JLL India, Simar D. Singh, senior partner at KPMG, Padmanabhan Killimangalam, managing director at Deloitte, Neeraj Bansal, co-founder and CEO of Credright, Dorothy Paul, chief marketing and communications officer at Neuland, Debashish Ghosh, country head HR at Berkadia, and many other esteemed guests.
Nathan said,” Education plays a vital role in shaping future leaders. leadership extends beyond specific positions, encompassing everyone's journey in life as they strive to maximize their potential.”
The panel of notable experts discussed bringing diverse perspectives and insights to the forefront. The importance of cultural sensitivity and empowerment of women in the corporate world was also highlighted. The Significance of resilience and managing disparities in the pursuit of successful leadership were also discussed.
