The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur has announced the category-wise JEE Advanced 2025 cut-off marks along with the results for IIT admissions. The JEE Advanced result link 2025 has been activated on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. The exam was held by the institute for the top 2.5 lakh rank holders in JEE Mains 2025. The JEE Advanced rank list 2025 is prepared by taking the aggregate marks obtained by candidates. Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 5.83% in each subject and 20.56% in aggregate to be included in JEE Advanced Common Rank List (CRL) 2025.
There are a total of 17,695 BTech seats offered by IITs through JoSAA counselling 2025. With nearly a lakh competing, only 9.83% secured a seat in IIT last year. This means, roughly only 1 out of 10 get BTech admission in IITs.
As per the minimum qualifying marks for IIT admissions, JEE Advanced cut-off 2025 is 76 for general category candidates, 66 for EWS and OBC, and 37 for SC and ST.
