JEE Advanced Result 2025: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has declared the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025 results today, June 2. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the JEE Advanced 2025 results on jeeadv.ac.in. This year, Rajit Gupta from the IIT Delhi zone has secured AIR 1, and the top 15 rank holders are male. Devdutta Majhi topped in the female category by bagging the 16th rank and secured 312 marks.

To access the JEE Advanced 2025 result, candidates will require their application number, mobile number, and date of birth details. The JEE Advanced 2025 result will be released in the form of a scorecard.
JEE Advanced 2025 scorecard will include details such as registration number, name, date of birth, rank obtained in a common rank list (CRL), subject-wise marks in both paper 1 and 2, total marks, category-wise All India Ranks (AIR), including other details.

54,378 of the 1,80,422 applicants that took the JEE Advanced exam 2025 in both papers 1 and 2 passed, representing a 12.7% increase in pass percentage over the previous year.
The minimum qualifying scores for the JEE Advanced exam 2025 are 37 for SC/ST/PwD applicants, 74 for the general category, and 66 for OBC-NCL/EWS candidates. Furthermore, the JoSAA cutoff serves as the basis for the minimal score required for JEE Advanced entrance.

The ALLEN Career Institute CEO, Nitin Kukreja, has shared that the coaching centre has produced All India Topper from its classroom programme for the second consecutive year. Rajit Gupta, a Kota resident, has secured All India Rank 1 with 332 marks out of 360. At AIR 2 is Saksham Jindal, while Akshat Kumar is at AIR 6, and Devesh Pankaj at AIR 8 also secured positions in the Top 10. A total of 4 students from Allen's classroom programme have secured top ranks and the highest number of 46 classroom students have secured ranks in top 100.
Over 54,000 candidates will be competing for around 17,760 seats at IITs for admission this year. Only 1 in 3 students will secure a seat at IIT. Also, this year, the JEE Advanced 2025 cut-off for all categories has been reduced. However, seats in IITs may increase as many IITs have launched new BTech courses.
Recently, IIT Jammu launched a BTech engineering physics programme, and admission to the 25 seats offered in the BTech engineering physics programme will be done through JoSAA counselling.
Last year's IIT Bombay cut-offs for the female category in the chemical engineering programme was 742.

As per the JEE Advanced 2025 statistics, 30% of candidates have qualified for the entrance exam this year. A total of 1,80,422 candidates appeared, and 54,378 qualified for the exam. As compared to last year, the pass rate has risen by 12.7%. Also, gender wise performance also improved this year.

IIT Kanpur has announced the category-wise JEE Advanced cutoffs for IITs this year, along with the results. The minimum qualifying marks for all categories have been reduced. The JEE Advanced cut-offs 2025 drop from 109 to 76 this year, which is nearly 30%, and the subject-wise cut-offs are reduced by 3%.
