NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has declared the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2023 result today, June 18. The minimum percentage of aggregate marks required for candidates in the common rank list is 23.89%. For candidates belonging to the OBC-NCL and General- EWS categories, it is 21.50%. The minimum percentage of aggregate marks required for candidates in the SC, ST and PwD categories is 11.95% and it is 5.98% for the candidates in preparatory course (PC). As many as 1,80,372 candidates appeared for the JEE Advanced 2023 exams. Vavilala Chidvilas Reddy of IIT Hyderabad zone has bagged the top position in JEE Advanced 2023 Common Rank List (CRL). The topper has scored 341 marks out of 360 marks.

JEE Advanced Result 2023: Criteria for inclusion in rank list
The aggregate marks in JEE Advanced 2023 will be calculated as the sum of the marks scored in maths, physics and chemistry. Candidates will also have to satisfy the subject-wise as well as the aggregate qualifying marks to be included in the JEE Advanced rank list.
The maximum aggregate marks in JEE Advanced 2023 are 360 -- 180 in paper 1 and 180 in paper 2). The maximum marks in physics, chemistry and maths is 120, 60 each in paper 1 and paper 2.
