JEE Main 2021: Last date to challenge answer key today; check what's next

Candidates who appeared in the 3rd session of JEE Main 2021 exam can submit their challenges till July 31 (5 pm), today.
New Delhi: National Testing Test (NTA) has released the provisional answer key of JEE Main 2021 for the third session on July 29 on the official website. Students are able to submit objections or challenges against the answer key till today at 5 pm.
To submit challenges/ objections, candidates have to note the question ID and answer given through the JEE Main 2021 answer key along with the correct answer and apply through the link available on the official website. For every challenge, they have to pay a processing fee of Rs.200.

Steps to raise a challenge against JEE Main answer key 2021
Candidates have to follow the detailed steps as under for every objection/ challenge,

Go to the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in

Click on the ‘Display question paper and answer key challenge April 2021 session’ link.

Now, log in using their application number and password or date of birth.

Then, click on the “click to view/challenge answer key” button.

The answer key includes the question ID and the ID with a correct option.

They can challenge the question by selecting one or more IDs and they must upload the necessary documents in support of their claim. They have to upload the document in pdf format by clicking on the ‘choose file’ button.

Finally, click on the ‘submit your claims’ button.

Candidates should pay the processing fee of Rs 200 for each question. The fee payment can be done online through credit card/ debit card/ net banking/Paytm.
NTA will release the final JEE Main 2021 answer key for the 3rd session after considering all the challenges raised by the candidates. The authorities will release the JEE Mains 2021 result for session 3 along with the final answer key.
