NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the JEE Main answer key 2021 challenge today, September 8 (10.00 am), at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can challenge the provisional JEE Main 2021 answer key by logging in to the candidate portal using application number and password. Today is the last day to challenge the JEE Main answer key 2021, candidates who wish to raise any objections against the provisional key must do it before the deadline.

The provisional answer key of JEE Main 2021 was released on September 6. In order to challenge the JEE Main answer key 2021, candidates are also required to upload documents supporting their claim and pay a processing fee of Rs 200 per question. Candidates can check the steps to challenge the JEE Main 2021 answer key below.

Steps to challenge JEE Main answer key 2021

  • Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in.

  • Click on the “Challenges regarding JEE Main 2021 answer key” link.

  • Enter application number and password.

  • JEE Main answer key will be displayed on the screen.

  • Select the question Id to be challenged.

  • Click on the “Save your claim” button and then click on “Next”.

  • Upload the document supporting your claim.

  • Pay the processing fee of Rs 200 per question.

  • Click on the “Submit” button.

Candidates must note that the processing fee paid by the candidates for challenging the provisional JEE Main answer key 2021 will be refunded if the claims of the candidates are accepted by NTA. The authorities will release the final JEE Main 2021 answer key after considering the objections raised by the candidates, if any.

JEE Main 2021 session 4 exam was conducted as a computer-based exam at 334 exam cities on August 26, 27, 31 and September 1 and 2. The authorities will notify the JEE Main 2021 result date soon. Candidates will be able to check their JEE Main result 2021 using their application number and date of birth.
