NEW DELHI: Several Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 candidates today complained of facing server issues in both the shifts at different exam centres and demanded extra attempt. Students took to Twitter to narrate their ordeal. While some alleged that questions were not loading properly on the screen of their devices, others claimed that exam was not even conducted in the second shift. Aspirants urged the National Testing Agency (NTA) to conduct another exam for them in order to compensate for today.

Meanwhile, JEE Main 2022 candidates who had their exam centres in Assam's Silchar were in despair as they claimed that they could not reach the centres due to extreme floods. Trinamool Congress member Sushmita Dev came in support of such students and requested state Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma to defer exams in Silchar centres and also urged Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to cancel entrance exams such as National Eligiblity cum Entrance Test (NEET) in Silchar.

A JEE Main candidate tweeted, "During my first shift JEE examination on 24th June 2022 at UCER, around 33 questions were loading incompletely. I have been preparing for it since 4 years and now everything is uncertain. I request the authorities to look into this matter and take necessary action."

Another candidate said in a tweet that exam was not conducted in the second shift. "Today in Cambridge Institute of Technology,Ranchi main Jeemains2022 ka 2nd shift exam hua hi nhi server down ki wjah se nta ne khi bhi centre de diye or ab kya hua."
