The NTA will release the qualifying marks for JEE Mains 2022 at the official website after conclusion of session 2 exam. The authorities are conducting the session 2 of JEE Main 2022 exam in CBT mode at various exam centres. Candidates are allowed to carry certain items inside the JEE Mains exam hall.  

• JEE Mains admit card along with Self Declaration (Undertaking).
• A simple transparent Ball Point Pen.
• Additional photograph, to be pasted on the attendance sheet.

• Personal transparent water bottle.
• Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case the candidate is diabetic

As per the experts from FIITJEE, the overall difficulty level of JEE Main 2022 July 27 shift 2 exam was moderate. Mathematics was moderately tough while Chemistry was easiest amongst the three subjects.

Mathematics – In this section questions covered almost all chapters with weightage to Calculus & Coordinate Geometry. There were mixed concepts questions from Straight Lines, Circle & Parabola. Questions also asked from Sequence & Series, Binomial Distribution, Probability, Matrices, Vectors, 3 D Geometry & Complex numbers in Algebra. In Calculus- Area under Curves had 4 questions. Numerical Based question had lengthy calculations as per students. Few students also reported it was tricky. 

Physics – This section was balanced. Some good questions were asked from Mechanics, Wave & Sound, Rotational Motion, Heat & Thermodynamics, Kinematics, Electrostatics, EM Waves, Current Electricity, AC Circuits, & Communication Systems. Few Numerical based questions were easy. 

Chemistry – Physical Chemistry was mostly in Numerical based section while MCQs were from Organic & Inorganic Chemistry.  Weightage was given to Chemical Kinetics, Chemical Equilibrium, Electrochemistry &Thermodynamics. Numerical Based questions from Physical Chemistry were easy. Inorganic Chemistry had questions from Co-ordination Compounds, Ores & Metallurgy and Environmental Chemistry. Organic Chemistry had questions mostly from NCERT. 

NTA will release the JEE Main question paper 2022 tentatively in the first week of August along with the response sheet. Various coaching institutes like Resonance will release the JEE Main 2022question paper soon. 

Physics: There were no formula based questions in this section. Many questions were tricky and lengthy. The topics asked in this section are modern physics, photoelectric effect, EM waves, semiconductors, current electricity and others.

Chemistry: This section was moderate in comparison to other shifts. Some of the topics asked in this section are biomolecules, polymers, chemistry in everyday life and others. 

Mathematics: The majority of questions in this section were asked from Mathematical reasoning, calculas, hyperbola, parabola and others. 

As per Ujjwal Singh, CEO at Infinity Learn, shift 1 JEE Main paper was just like other papers conducted so far in the July session. Chemistry was easier. But  Physics was the easiest. Speaking of Mathematics, a few questions were time-consuming, but still, attempting around 15 questions within the given time limit can be considered as good attempt. I feel students can score 99 percentile in this paper with about 180-190 marks."

NTA has successfully conducted the JEE Main 2022 July 27 shift 2 exam at 6 PM. Applicants appeared for the exam found overall paper difficulty level as moderate to tough.

NTA will release the JEE Main cut off 2022 after the conclusion of July session exam. The cutoff of JEE Mains 2022 will be released separately for all the categories. Applicants who will score marks equal to or more than the cutoff marks will be declared qualified in the exam.

NTA has provided JEE Mains 2022 reservation to certain categories as per the rules. Applicants appearing for the JEE Main 2022 exam have to produce their reservation certificate at the time of admissions.

Mathematics – (Moderate level) This section covered questions from from all chapters with emphasis on Co-ordinate Geometry & Calculus.  Parabola, Ellipse & Hyperbola had questions with mixed concepts. Weightage was given to Functions, Area, Indefinite & Definite Integrals, Vectors & 3D Geometry . Numerical Based questions involved some lengthy questions but not tricky as reported by students.

Physics – (Easy level) In this section questions were asked from Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Rotational Motion, Fluids, Simple Harmonic Motion, Electrostatics, EM Waves, Current Electricity, Optics & Modern Physics. The more weightage was given to chapters of Class XI.  Few Numerical based questions had lengthy calculations but were easy. 

Chemistry – (Easy level) Physical Chemistry was given more weightage compared to Organic & Inorganic Chemistry. Questions were asked from Coordination Compounds, Ores & Metallurgy and Environmental Chemistry. Organic Chemistry had questions from Benzene, Phenols, Alcohol & Biomolecules. Numerical Based questions from Physical Chemistry were easy. Questions were asked from Chemical Kinetics, Thermodynamics, Electrochemistry, Solutions & Mole Concept. Inorganic Chemistry had questions mostly from NCERT.

NTA has commenced the JEE Main 2022 July 27 shift 2 exam at 3 PM. Applicants will be able to check the JEE Main 2022 exam analysis, question paper, answer key and other soon after the conclusion of the exam. 

As per the experts from Aakash+BYJU’S, the paper was moderately difficult in difficulty level. 

Mathematics
Students found Mathematics part moderate. Some questions involved lengthy calculations. There were 8 questions from calculus, 7 questions from Algebra and 3 to 4 questions from Vectors and 3 Dimensional and4 questions were from Coordinate Geometry and trigonometry too found a place in this section.

Physics
The Physics paper was easy. Questions were asked from all the prominent chapters - 2 questions from Optics, 5 questions from Mechanics,  2 or 3 questions from Thermodynamics and one each from communication systems, experimental physics and units and measurements. Questions about waves and oscillations and modern physics were also asked. As expected, numerical type questions were more in numbers than theoretical questions and almost all numerical were simple formula-based questions.

Chemistry
This paper was easy to Moderate and NCERT based. Almost equal number of questions were asked from the Physical, Inorganic and Organic branches of Chemistry. The majority of questions in the numerical value-based section were from Physical Chemistry. The whole of the paper was NCERT based. Covering NCERT and its Examples would be the key to scoring good marks. Chapters like Biomolecules, Polymers, Chemistry in everyday life and environmental chemistry besides regular topics found due representation in the paper.

As per the expects from various coaching institutes, attempting 55+ questions in JEE Main exam with good accuracy is considered to be as good attempt. 

NTA is conducting the JEE Mains 2022 exam for session 2 from July 25 to 30. NTA has not specified any details regarding JEE Mains 3rd attempt 2022. However, applicants has flooded the twitter demanding JEE Main 2022 third attempt.

. NTA has released the JEE Main 2022 exam pattern in the official notification. JEE Main question paper 2022 comprises 90 questions. However, applicants have to attempt 7 questions from each section. The total duration of JEE Mains exam 2022 is 3 hours. For more details, candidates can refer to the table given below.

JEE Mains 27 July shift 1 has been concluded at 12 PM. Applicants who appeared for the exam found paper as moderate in difficulty level. Various coaching institutes will soon release the JEE Main 2022 memory based question paper on the basis of students memory based reactions.

The physical chemistry was asked in numerical. Organic chemistry had good weightage. The questions asked in the Chemistry section of JEE Main question paper July 27 shift 1 are polymer, biomolecules and others. 

Mathematics
The questions were asked from coordinate geometry, parabola, hyperbola, mathematical reasoning, statistics and others.

Physics
Few questions were formula based in the exam.  The questions were majorly asked from  communication, semiconductor, current electricity, capacitors, communication systems and others.

IIT full form is Indian Institutes of Technology. There are overall 23 IITs in India which provides admissions to various engineering programs. The admissions to IITs are done on the basis of JEE Advanced 2022 exam which is scheduled to be conducted on August 28. Top 1.5 who will qualify the JEE Main exam will be eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced exam 2022. 

NTA has released the JEE Mains hall ticket 2022 download link at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Applicants appearing for the exam must carry their JEE Main admit card along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre. Applicants also need to carry COVID-19 self declaration certificate at the exam centre.  Any candidate without admit card will not be allowed to appear for the JEE Main July session exam 2022.

NTA is  going to commence the JEE Mains 2022 exam today at 9 AM across various exam centres. Applicants appearing for the exam must carry their JEE Main admit card 2022 along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre. Candidates also need to carry the self declaration form for COVID-19 also to appear for the JEE Main 2022 exam July session. 

To be eligible to get admission into NITs through JEE Main, students should have secured at least 75 percent in class 12th.

According to Ajay Sharma, National Academic Director, Engineering, Aakash BYJU’S, a large number of students found JEE Main 2022 July 25 shift 1 paper to be of a moderate to easy level. There were a few questions with lengthy calculations in the Mathematics section which took more time than usual to answer. Further, questions covered almost all the chapters from classes XI and XII.

According to FIITJEE, the difficulty level of JEE Main 2022 July 26 shift 1 was moderate. Mathematics was moderately tough while Chemistry was east amongst the three subjects.

Mathematics - Moderately Tough. Numerical Based questions involved some lengthy & tricky questions from Binomial Theorem, Definite Integrals & Functions as reported by students.

Physics - Easy to Moderate level. Few Numerical based questions had lengthy calculations but were easy. It was a balanced section overall.

Students will not be allowed to allowed to carry Instrument/ Geometry/ Pencil box, Handbag, Purse, any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material), Eatables and Water (loose or packed), Mobile Phone/ Ear Phone/ Microphone/ Pager, Calculator, DocuPen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Camera, Tape Recorder, to wear/carry any type of watch including Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices in the Examination Hall/Room.

JEE Main 2022 Answer Key - July 25 Shift 2

The authorities have notified that students will be provided with the masks at the exam centre. 

The official notice read, “No Candidate is allowed to enter the Centre wearing his/her own mask. Mask will be provided at the Centre. Personal masks will be disposed of in a closed pedal push bin provided at the Centre.”

The following documents are required at the exam centre of JEE Main 2922: 

• Admit Card downloaded from the NTA Website (a clear, preferably colour printout on A4 size paper).

• One Passport size photograph (same as uploaded with the Online Application Form) to be pasted on the Attendance Sheet at the Centre.

• A valid Photo ID Proof in ORIGINAL (PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/E- Aadhaar/Ration Card/12th Class Admit card).

The National Testing Agency will start shift 1 of today’s JEE Main 2022 exam at 9 am. The NTA JEE Main exam 2022 will be conducted for 3 hours, concluding at 12 noon. Students should keep all the required documents ready to avoid any last minute hassle.

Candidates must secure 120 or above JEE Main marks to get the 95 percentile. This prediction is made based on the last year's data. Hence, it is better to target 99 percentile to get admission to a good engineering college.

NTA has not announced the JEE Main 2022 paper 2 result date. However, it is expected to be declared soon at jeemain,nta.nic.in 2022.

Every year, around 10 Lakh candidates appears for JEE Mains exam. Out of those, only top 2.5 Lakh ranker holders become eligible for the JEE Advanced exam. Hence, if a student is willing to get admissions in top IITs, then they should have a score between 300-350 with a percentile above 95.
