NEW DELHI- The National Testing Agency has commenced the Joint Entrance Examination-Main 2024 shift 2. The shift 2 will conclude at 6 PM. The exam will be held for 3 hours and will comprise subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for BTech aspirants.

There will be a total of 90 questions of 100 marks. Candidates will secure 4 marks for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

IIT Kanpur has revoked the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the application fee of JEE Advanced 2018. Candidates, who aspire to apply for JEE Advanced must note that now they do not need to pay the GST on JEE Advanced application fee. The official announcement made by IIT Kanpur reads, “In view of the decisions taken during the 25th meeting of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council held on January 18, 2018, the GST on registration fees for JEE (Advanced) 2018, as earlier notified, is withdrawn.”
