Engineering aspirants can get admission to Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programmes based on their score in JEE Main 2025. JEE Mains 2025 college predictor tool analyses previous years’ cut-offs and trends to provide a list of probable colleges based on a candidate’s JEE Main rank, score, category, and preferences.
The JEE Main College predictor can help engineering aspirants know their expected college for admission before the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling process begins. This allows candidates to shortlist options before filling out their preferences during the official counselling rounds.
The JoSAA counselling will be conducted for admissions to National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and Government-Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs). The BTech programmes' seat allocation will be based on candidates' scores in JEE Main, ranks, category, availability of seats, and choices filled by the candidates.
JEE Main 2025 result for session 1 has been announced on the JEE's new official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will also be able to download the JEE Main 2025 scorecard by entering their application number and password, and captcha code on the result link. The testing agency issued the JEE main 2025 final answer key for session 1 on February 10.

Candidates will have to provide the following details in the JEE Main 2025 college predictor tool to get the list of expected engineering colleges.
There are currently 31 NITs in India, with NIT Tiruchirappalli ranking at the top among them as per the latest NIRF rankings. Engineering aspirants can refer to the table below to check the top 10 NITs according to the NIRF ranking.
