NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon be announcing the results of JEE Main 2020. Candidates will be able to check the JEE Main results link at the official websites - jeemain.nta.nic.in or ntaresults.nic.in. According to reports, NTA has started the process of preparing for the release of JEE Main result 2020 and candidates can expect it anytime soon.

NTA has not declared the official timing for JEE Main results, however, it is expected to be announced soon. The objections to the released provisional answer key was accepted till September 10 by NTA and Minister of Education, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ had tweeted that the preparations for the result were ongoing for the earliest release.

How to check JEE Main result 2020?
The official JEE Main 2020 result link is expected to be updated at the website jeemain.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in soon. To check JEE Main results, the candidates will have to login using their application number and date of birth/password. The scorecard can be downloaded by the candidates and the obtained percentile score along with All India Rank will be available through JEE Main result 2020.

JEE Main 2020 was conducted from September 1 to 6 as a computer based test under strict COVID-19 guidelines. However due to safety issues or some other reasons, Nishank confirmed that around 2,23,273 candidates did not appear for the exam out of the total 8,58,273 candidates registered. 6.35 lakh candidates were present for the examination which was conducted at 660 exam centres in 233 cities.
Out of 8.58 lakh #JEEMains applicants, 6.35 lakhs appeared for the exam. Central & respective State Governments assured all possible assistance to the students, for which I compliment all State Governments as well. This entire effort displayed the spirit of cooperative federalism

The provisional answer key and response sheet of JEE Main 2020 was released on September 8 and objections were accepted till September 10.
