NEW DELHI: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 April 3 shift 2 exam was moderate in difficulty level. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the JEE Mains 2025 session 2 day 2 shift 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm. As per JEE Main 2025 April 3 shift 2 paper analysis, the chemistry section was tough in comparison to mathematics and physics. As per Careers360 analysis, overall the JEE Main 2025 session 2 day 2 exam held in the evening session was moderate in comparison to the January session and last year's exams. JEE Main 2025 April 3 shift 1 exam was easier than the April 2 exam. As per subject-wise difficulty, mathematics was the most challenging, followed by physics, while chemistry was considered the easiest.
NTA has issued the JEE Main admit card 2025 for the exams scheduled to be held on April 7, 8, and 9. Candidates can download the JEE Main 2025 admit card through the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
The JEE Main 2025 session 2 exam is being conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9. Paper 1 (BE/BTech) will be held in two shifts on April 2, 3, 4, and 7, while on April 8, it will be conducted in a single shift. On April 9, the BArch and BPlanning exams will take place in the morning shift from 9 am to 12 noon.
The JEE Main 2025 April session day 1 exam was held in two shifts. Shift 1 was easy, with a less lengthy maths section. Physics and chemistry were moderately difficult, with tricky physics and maths questions, while chemistry was easier. In shift 2, chemistry focused on physical chemistry, physics was easy to moderate, and maths was lengthy but easier than session 1.

The NTA conducted the JEE Mains paper today, April 3 in two shifts. As per the subject experts, the Chemistry section was rated moderate to difficult, mainly due to a high number of statement-based and unconventional questions. Almost all chapters were included, but Inorganic Chemistry had the highest weightage, while Physical Chemistry was moderately covered, and Organic Chemistry had the least representation. Although most theoretical questions were directly from NCERT, recalling data proved challenging. Physical Chemistry was relatively standard, with fewer numerical questions.
