The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic) Uttar Pradesh has announced the JEECUP counselling 2026 dates. Students who have qualified for the UP polytechnic exam can apply for counselling round 1 on the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in, from June 25 onwards.

JEECUP counselling 2026 process consists of registration, fee payment, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, and admission to the allotted institute.
Once the polytechnic seats are allotted, candidates will be required to select the float and freeze option. In case of selecting the float and freeze option, the candidate must deposit the seat acceptance and counselling fee of Rs 3,000 online through the JEECUP portal.
However, candidates who do not deposit the seat acceptance fee and counselling fee after seat allotment results are announced, or who do not get their documents verified, will have their seats cancelled and will not be eligible for the next round of counselling.

Candidates must have their JEECUP rank card, admit card, allotment letter, JEECUP marksheet, migration or reservation certificate (if applicable), two passport-size photographs, and domicile certificate during the document verification round.
