The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has extended the registration deadline for the Joint Entrance Test for Nursing, Paramedical, and Allied Sciences Undergraduate (JENPAS UG 2026). The exam is conducted for admission to BSc Nursing, BPT, and BMLT programmes. Eligible candidates can now apply online until April 18 through the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.
As per the revised schedule, the application correction window will be available from April 20 to 22, 2026, followed by the release of admit cards on May 29.
The JENPAS UG 2026 examination will be held in an offline, OMR-based mode on June 7. It will be conducted in two shifts—from 11 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 3:30 pm.

To apply for JENPAS UG 2026, General, OBC, and EWS candidates must pay Rs 500 for one paper and Rs 800 for both papers. SC, ST, and PwD candidates need to pay Rs 400 for one paper and Rs 650 for both papers. JENPAS UG paper 1 will be held for all courses except BHA. Paper 2 is only for the BHA course.
The JENPAS UG 2026 exam consists of two 90-minute papers (Paper 1 and 2), each containing 100 MCQs totalling 115 marks. It covers Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and reasoning in English or Bengali. The exam includes 25 questions each in Physics, Chemistry, and Biological Sciences, along with 20 questions each from basic English and Logical Reasoning.
As per the JENPAS UG 2026 marking scheme, category 1 questions carry one mark with a 0.25 negative marking, while category 2 questions carry 2 marks with no negative marking.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, and scored at least 45% marks (40% for the reserved category), can apply for the JENPAS UG 2026 exam.
