NEW DELHI: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has issued the provisional answer key for the combined graduate level (CGL) examination 2023 today, September 27, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the Jharkhand JSSC CGL answer key 2023 through the official website, jssc.nic.in.
Candidates are required to enter their registration ID and password to log in and download the Jharkhand SSC CGL 2023 answer key. Candidates who are not satisfied with the provisional answer key can raise objections by September 30 through the official website.
As per the official notice, candidates will have to submit a reference along with the objection to support their claim during the review process. “Only the relevant pages of the standard book will be accepted as a reference. Handwritten references will not be accepted for subjects other than General Mathematics and Mental Ability,” the official notice read.
The recruitment drive seeks to fill 2,017 positions across multiple roles, including assistant branch officer, junior secretariat assistant, block supply officer, and planning assistant. The JSSC CGL 2023 examination took place on September 21 and 22 at various examination centres.

Candidates can download the answer key and the response sheet through the official website to estimate their JSSC CGL 2023 scores. They can calculate their marks using the information provided on the marks assigned to each section and the method for calculating them.
As per the JSSC CGL 2023 marking scheme, Candidates will be awarded 3 marks for each correct answer and will incur a penalty of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. Zero marks will be awarded for questions that are not attempted.
Candidates can calculate their marks by multiplying the number of correct answers by 3 to get the total for correct answers. For incorrect answers, they multiply the number of wrong answers by 1. The total score is found by subtracting the marks for incorrect answers from the marks for correct answers.
