JKBOSE offers new facilities for students
According to the Kashmir News Service reports, the chairman, Ghulam Hassan Sheikh, said that the timely declaration of JKBOSE results will help students focus on the next stage of their academic journey.
Sheikh said the JKBOSE board has taken steps to make its services easier to access and more transparent by moving services to district offices. Earlier, students had to go to Srinagar or Jammu to correct mistakes like spelling errors, wrong date of birth, parent names, or other record errors. However, all these services are now available at district-level offices.
He also added that standard operating procedures (SOPs) had been issued to ensure uniformity and accountability for such cases. Students can visit their district office, complete the required paperwork there, and their cases are checked and processed regularly after verification.
