NEW DELHI: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has released Round 1 JoSAA mock seat allotment 2022 today, September 18. Candidates can check the JoSAA round 1 seat allotment result with the help of roll number and password. The authorities conduct the JoSAA mock seat allotment to provide an idea to the candidates about the potential seats to be offered.

JoSAA's official notification reads “As per the schedule, seat allotment results of each round will be published on the website. Candidates can view seat allotment results by login into the system. After each round of allotment, individual allotment result, institute wise allotment result and opening and closing rank will be published.”
The authorities release two rounds of mock JoSAA seat allotment based on choice filling by the candidates during JoSAA counselling 2022. Candidates can check the mock seat allotment and edit their preferred choices before the deadline. The authorities will conclude the JoSAA registration and choice filling process on September 21. Enter required credentials namely roll number, password and security pin.
Click on the “Login” button.
JoSAA 2022 mock seat allotment will be displayed on the screen.
The round 2 JoSAA mock seat allocation 2022 will be announced based on choices filled by candidates on September 20. The authorities will declare the actual round 1 JoSAA seat allotment result on September 23. Candidates will have an option to freeze, float and slide their seats during the process.
