KEA cites server maintenance as reason for delay in UGNEET 2026 process

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline for Under Graduate National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UGNEET) 2026 roll number linking and fresh registration till August 7, 2026.
The deadline extension is applicable for admissions to medical, dental, and Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy (AYUSH) courses.
According to the official notice, the extension has been granted due to technical issues affecting the server, which is currently undergoing maintenance. Due to the disruption, candidates have been given extra time to complete the pending UGNEET 2026 admission activities.

The authority has asked eligible candidates to complete the required formalities within the extended timeline. Students should also visit the official KEA UGNEET 2026 portal for updates on the admission process.
The extension will help candidates who were unable to complete the admission process due to server-related technical issues. KEA has advised eligible candidates to complete the UGNEET roll number linking and fresh registration process within the revised schedule, as no further extension has been announced.
