The counselling registrations for medical admissions in Karnataka will close tomorrow, July 10, 2025, at 11 am. This registration is for candidates who were declared qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Under Graduate (NEET UG) but had not registered for the Karnataka UG Common Entrance Test (UGCET).

The application portal is open at the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, for admissions to the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), and Ayurveda, Unani and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) courses through the NEET UG score. Candidates who have already registered for the UGCET do not need to register again.

To fill out the KEA MBBS counselling form, students can follow these steps:

  • Open the “UGNEET Application” link and click on “New User”.
  • Choose the Karnataka state board or any other board for Class 10 completion.
  • Enter the Class 10 board roll number.
  • Enter parents’ names, date of birth, gender, and Student Achievement Tracking System (SATS) number.
  • Enter functional mobile number for OTP verification.
  • Upload the latest passport-size photograph, which is less than 50 kB. This will be verified during application login.

KEA NEET UG: Application

Candidates can register on the KEA portal before the last date, and fill the application form by logging in using registration number and password. Alternatively, candidates can also log in via OTP or face recognition technology.

For the KEA application, students need to enter all the necessary details and pay the registration fee. They have to submit Class 12 marks, and upload a PDF of the marksheet to the ‘Marks Entry’ web portal. No physical verification of documents will be conducted.
