Karnataka NEET 2026 rank list out; here's how to download the merit list PDF and what's next

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has published the marks list of the candidates who have qualified in the current round of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and have mentioned Karnataka in the application form. KEA while releasing the rank list announced that the candidate who has got All India Rank 20 stands first in the state rank list. The rank list for candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS and other medical courses under the state quota. Those who find their names in the merit list are eligible to participate in the Karnataka NEET UG counselling process. The merit list includes details such as the candidate's roll number, NEET score, All India Rank (AIR) and state. The rank list serves as the basis for admission to 85 per cent state quota MBBS and BDS seats in Karnataka.

Karnataka NEET 2026 Rank List: How to check?

Candidates can download the merit list by visiting the official KEA website

• On the homepage, look for 'Admission' tab
• Select the UGNEET 2026 link
• Karnataka NEET 2026 rank list PDF will open up on screen
• Use CTRL+F to find roll number
• Download the document for future reference

If two or more candidates secure the same marks in NEET UG 2026, tie-breaking criteria will be followed. In such cases, preference will first be given to candidates with higher Biology marks. If the tie remains unresolved, higher Chemistry marks will be considered, followed by fewer incorrect responses. If the tie still persists, the older candidate will be ranked higher in the merit list.

KEA will soon open the choice-filling or web options window. Candidates whose names are included in the Karnataka NEET 2026 rank list will have to fill and lock their preferred colleges and courses within deadline.
