Karnataka TET result 2022 will be declared by next weekend: BC Nagesh

NEW DELHI: The Karnataka education department will be declaring the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (TET 2022) result by next weekend, the state education minister BC Nagesh said.

“The Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) result will be declared by next weekend,” the minister said. Karnataka Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) or KARTET 2022 exam was held on November 6, 2022. The Karnataka TET final answer key for paper 1 and paper 2 is also available on the official website, schooleducation.kar.nic.in.

Out of the total candidates who have applied, 92 percent of the candidates have appeared for the state TET examination, the minister informed earlier.

Candidates who score 60 percent marks, ie. at least get 90 questions correct out of the total 150, will qualify the exam.

KARTET 2022 is conducted once in a year to assess the aptitude level of eligible candidates in order to recruit the vacant teaching posts in various government schools of the state.

Karnataka TET paper-I is conducted for recruiting lower primary teachers to teach Classes 1 to 5, while paper-II is held for upper primary teachers to teach Classes 6 to 8.
