The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 results on the official website, karresults.nic.in. Seats for medical, dental, and AYUSH courses will be allotted based on NEET-UG 2025 marks. Combined counselling for other courses, including medical and engineering, will follow the NEET results and MCC counselling schedule. Rank lists for architecture courses will be based on NATA-2025 scores. Lists for BPT, BPO, and BSC Allied Health Science courses will be announced later. Document verification for specially-abled candidates will take place at the KEA office from June 3 to 6, with a doctor verifying eligibility.
For the first time, KEA verified original documents before announcing results. Verification was done online using SATS and RD databases. Candidates who could not be verified online had their documents checked at PU colleges. Verification for candidates under special categories and quotas was conducted in person at the KEA office. Around 3 lakh documents have been verified and the data is ready for application entry.
In the Karnataka CET 2025, a total of 3,30,787 candidates registered, out of which 3,11,991 appeared for the exam. Of those who took the test, 2,75,677 candidates qualified for admission to professional courses across Karnataka.
The KCET call centre now runs with 10 dedicated phone lines and operates daily from 8 am to 8 pm, including weekends. Earlier, it functioned only during office hours with just five lines, which was insufficient to address the volume of student queries.

The KEA will conduct document verification for specially-abled candidates at its office from June 3 to 6, with medical professionals present to confirm eligibility.
Seats for medical, dental, and AYUSH courses will be allotted based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2025 scores. Ranks for architecture courses will be announced based on the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2025. The ranks for allied health science courses will be released at a later date.
As per the official notice, for the first time, all original documents were verified before announcing the CET results. Online verification was carried out using SATS and RD data. Candidates whose details could not be confirmed online underwent document verification at their respective PU colleges, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
