The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) conducted the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 from April 22 to April 24 across various examination centres in the state. The test was held in offline mode, with candidates appearing for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology based on their chosen professional courses.

KEA earlier issued an important notice for UGCET 2026 candidates who passed Class 12 from CBSE, CISCE and other non-Karnataka boards. The authority activated a special link on its portal and directed students to enable DigiLocker permission so their marks could be fetched automatically for merit preparation. KEA clarified that candidates were not allowed to enter marks manually or submit physical mark sheets. It also warned that failure to complete the process could result in withholding of UGCET 2026 results. To assist students, KEA shared a help video explaining the DigiLocker-based verification process.
Here's how to check KCET result 2026 online
Candidates should be ready with application number and first four letters of their name to download scorecards online.
- Go to the official Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
- Click on the KCET 2026 Result or UGCET 2026 Result link available on the homepage
- Log in using your application number and the first four characters of your name
- Submit the details to view your result
- KCET 2026 scorecard will be displayed on the screen
- Download the scorecard and take a printout for use during the counselling and admission process
