The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has reopened the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 marks entry window for candidates who submitted the incorrect registration number. Eligible candidates can submit their 2nd PUC, Class 12 marks through the official website at kea.kar.nic.in.

The KCET marks entry window has been opened only for candidates who were not assigned a rank in the KCET 2025 results. Candidates will have to key in their registration number and password to log in and submit their 2nd PUC, Class 12 marks along with the correct registration number.
“To facilitate the entry of marks for such candidates, an online link will be opened from May 26, 2025. Through this link, candidates must enter their 2nd PUC/Class 12 marks along with the correct registration number and upload their mark card,” the official notice said.
Once the submitted marks are verified and confirmed with the respective boards, the process for issuing spot ranks will begin on May 29. The official notice states that candidates do not have to visit the KEA office in person to obtain the spot rank, as the entire process will be handled online.
The KCET results 2025 were declared on May 24. A total of 3,11,991 appeared for the exam, and 2,75,677 declared qualified. The results of nearly 10,000 students were delayed due to incorrect registration numbers submitted during the application process.
The KCET results for the Kannada language exam were announced on April 28. The exam was conducted for Horanadu and Gadinadu candidates. Of the total candidates, 1,064 were declared pass, while 455 failed to obtain the minimum qualifying marks.
