A total of 3,27,000 students appeared for the KCET 2024 exam this year. The KCET exam 2024 question paper had three sections - mathematics or biology, physics, and chemistry. Each section consists of 60 questions of a total 180 marks. Students who have applied for engineering counselling and appeared for PCM exam will be able to check mock allotment results today.
Candidates are required to submit the following documents during the KCET counselling process.
The KEA will be holding two rounds of KCET counselling 2024 for admission to various undergraduate (UG) courses. If the seats remain vacant, the KCET special round counselling 2024 will be conducted.
The KCET counselling 2024 option entry facility will begin on August 9 and will be closed on August 11.
A total of 61,960 engineering seats will be filled through the KCET BTech counselling 2024.

The KCET option entry 2024 facility for eligible candidates will be made available from August 9. Candidates will be allowed to add, alter, rearrange, delete the options by August 11 up to 11.59 pm.
Candidates will be able to check the Karnataka KCET mock allotment results 2024 by following the steps given below.
The KCET round 1 mock allotment results 2024 will be declared on the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) official websites, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in and kea.kar.nic.in.
This year, two KEA KCET mock seat allotment counselling rounds will be conducted. First mock seat allotment will be declared only for engineering, architecture, yoga and naturopathy, veterinary, farm science, B-Pharma, Pharm-D, BSc (Nursing) courses - without Medical, Dental and AYUSH Courses.
The second mock seat allotment will be conducted by including medical, dental and AYUSH courses along with engineering, pharmacy courses.
Karnataka UGCET-2024 verification slip has been issued on the day of verification to the candidates who have verified their documents under clauses "b, c, d, i, j, k, l, m, n, o" through offline. Such candidates have to link their UGNEET-2024 roll number in KEA portal and take the application print. For such candidates UGNEET-2024 verification slip will not be available to download. They have to use the same secret key printed on the UGCET-2024 Verification Slip and application number to enter the options for medical, dental and AYUSH courses.
KEA will announce the KCET 2024 round 1 mock allotment result today, August 7, 2024. Candidates can check the first mock seat allotment result on the official website of KEA at kea.kar.nic.in.
