KEA to revise KCET ranks after verifying revised Class 12 marksheets

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued a notice for candidates from CBSE, CISCE and other state examination boards whose Class 12 marks have been revised following the 2026 revaluation process.

Eligible candidates are required to submit a copy of their revised Class 12 marksheet in person at the KEA Office, 18th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru. The revised marksheets must be submitted from July 4 to 6, 2026, as specified in the official notification.

KEA has stated that the revised marks will be taken into consideration only after they are verified through the candidate's DigiLocker account. The authority further clarified that the candidate's merit will be determined only after the verification of the revised marks is completed.

KEA UGCET Counselling 2026: Schedule

The schedule has been released for admissions to various undergraduate professional programmes, including engineering, agriculture, pharmacy, nursing, and allied health sciences. The first round seat allotment schedule for UGCET 2026 are as follows:

The KCET web option entry process is already concluded on June 30, 2026. Those who submitted their preferred choices during the option entry process were considered for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 seat allotment process.

The seat matrix for engineering, veterinary and animal husbandry, and agricultural science courses will be published shortly by the government, universities, and the concerned departments.

The Karnataka Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET), is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the KEA for admission to undergraduate professional courses offered by government, government-aided, and private institutions in Karnataka.
