The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has announced the Kerala NEET PG provisional allotment result for the first phase of counselling. A total of 1,047 candidates have been allotted seats in government medical colleges and regional cancer centres (RCC) in the first round.

The Kerala NEET PG seat allotment 2025 has been made based on ranks in the state merit list published by the CEE. As per the category-wise seat distribution, excluding in-service, minority, and NRI seats, there are 860 MD, MS, and PG Diploma seats available.

As per the allotment, the top three candidates have opted for Government Medical College Kozhikode. While the rank 1 in the state merit list chose MD Dermatology Venereology and Leprosy, the second and third rank holders opted for MD General Medicine and MD Radiodiagnosis at GMC Kozhikode.

“The online options registered by candidates whose results have been withheld and of those candidates who have been disqualified based on the Kerala State Merit list have not been considered for allotment,” it said.

NEET PG 2025: Kerala High Court order

In compliance with the interim order, one seat in general surgery under the service quota of the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) has been reserved and has not been included in the first round allotment process, it added.

Candidates will have to report any discrepancy in the allotment list by 12 pm on November 29 through the email ID, ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in. The final seat allotment will be declared after the grievance portal is closed.

The Kerala NEET PG state merit list was revised a day before the seat allotments to include Dr Tiju P. Joseph who was not included in the service candidate rank list published earlier. The revision in merit list took place as per the directions issued by the Kerala High Court. The candidate has been included in the list at rank 33.

“Accordingly, the service candidate rank list has been revised and published on the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in, incorporating Dr. Tiju P. Joseph at Rank No. 33 under the Directorate of Health Services. Further, the option registration facility has been made available to the candidate for considering him in the allotment process,” it had said.
