MAH BCA, BBA, BMS, BBM CET 2024 registration deadline extended; application fee

NEW DELHI: The state Common Entrance Test (CET) cell, Maharashtra has extended the registration deadline for MAH BCA, BBA, BMS, BBM CET 2024. Candidates will now be able to fill out the application form by April 30 through the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.

The CET exam 2024 for respective courses will be held from May 27 to 29. This CET exam is conducted for the first time for the candidates who seek admission to the Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) programme.

As per the notice, this CET exam is compulsory for candidates who want to get admission to integrated Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) courses for the academic year 2024-25. The CET cell will soon issue the admit card on the official website. Earlier, the registration deadline was April 18, 2024.

The application fee for candidates from the unreserved (UR) category, outside Maharashtra state (OMS), Jammu and Kashmir migrant candidates is Rs 1,000 to register for the exam. However, candidates from scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), Vimukta Jati/de-notified tribes (VJ/DT), nomadic tribes (NT) - (A), (B), (C), (D)), other backward classes (OBC), economically weaker sections (EWS), and persons with disability (PwD) category candidates from Maharashtra only will have to pay Rs 800.

MAH B BCA, BBA BMS, BBM CET 2024: Exam pattern

The MAH B BCA, BBA, BMS, BBM CET 2024 exams will have 100 multiple-choice questions carrying one mark each. The exam will not have any negative marks for wrong answers. Candidates will get 90 minutes to complete the exam. The subject-wise question distribution is given in the table below.
