The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra has announced the MAH MBA CET CAP round 1 allotment result 2026 on its official website at mba2026.mahacet.org.in. Candidates who have been allotted management seats through the MAH MBA CAP round 1 allotment, should have to accept their seat allotment between August 3 and 5.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in the MAH MBA CAP round 1 allotment as per the first preference, and those allotted MBA seats as per their lower options and are also satisfied with their allotment can choose the freeze option.
They then have to pay the seat acceptance fee and complete the reporting process to confirm their seats.
Whereas, those who are not satisfied with their allotment result and want to upgrade to the subsequent rounds can use the not freeze or betterment option.
Notably, the not freeze option is available only for those candidates who have secured allotment other than their first preference.
The Maharashtra cell will begin the MAH MBA CAP round 2 counselling process soon for the remaining vacant seats for admission to first year postgraduate professional technical course in management admissions for the academic session 2026-27.
The state cell will release the vacant seats on August 6 and the choice filling for the MAH MBA CAP round 2 choice filling from August 7. To accept the seat allotment, candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee and upload the relevant documents on the official portal.
Candidates must self-verify their seat allotment and other details such as qualifying marks, category, gender, reservation, specific reservation, and other information.
Those who found that their allotment details are not correct can report the state cell through the official website.
