More than 23,000 seats remain vacant after the second round of Maharashtra Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2025 for MBA admissions through the Common Entrance Test (CET) scores. Of 26,873 candidates who submitted options in MAH MBA CAP round 2 counselling 2025, only 21,051 have been allotted seats. The seat allotment list is available on the official website, mba2025.mahacet.org.

As per the MAH MBA CAP 2025 schedule, seat allotted applicants are required to accept their seats, report to the institute, and confirm admissions by submitting the required documents by August 14.

Candidates are required to self-verify the seat allotment by accepting the declaration through login and certifying that their claims regarding the qualifying marks, category, gender, reservation, specific reservation etc. in the application form are correct and relevant documents uploaded to substantiate the claims are authentic and correct.

If a candidate finds that the claim made by them is not correct and they want to rectify the error, they should report the grievance online.

MAH MBA Counselling 2025: What after allotment?

Candidates who have been allotted the seat as per their first preference in MAH MBA CAP 2025 round 2 will have to pay the seat acceptance fee and such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent rounds of counselling.

Whereas, candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and want betterment in the subsequent rounds must claim the allotted seat in round 2 by accepting that seat by choosing ‘Not Freeze/Betterment’ option for betterment and shall pay the seat acceptance fee.

Those who accept the seat must report to the allotted institute for confirmation of admission. The institute shall verify the required documents and upload the admission of the candidates in the online system through institute login immediately and shall issue a system-generated receipt of confirmation of admission and fee-paid receipt to the candidate.

If it is found that the seat allotted to the candidate is based on the false claims made in the applications by the candidate, then the institute shall not admit such a candidate and such candidate shall raise the grievance.
