Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2025: Round 1 dates revised, seat allotment out on August 13

The Maharashtra counselling schedule for NEET UG admissions has been revised in the light of the changes announced by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The provisional merit list and seat matrix for MBBS and BDS courses have been released today on the official website, medicalug2025.mahacet.org/NEET-UG-2025.

All admissions to the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses are done through scores obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Under Graduate (NEET UG 2025). Qualifying students can check their names in the merit list and can fill in their preferences for courses and colleges from August 8 to August 11.

The Maharashtra state CET cell has released the round 1 counselling schedule for group A courses. Admission counselling for group B courses (BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS) and for group C courses (BNYS, BPTH, BOTH, BASLP) will be conducted during subsequent rounds.

All reserved category candidates should have made their category claim during the NEET UG registration and in the Maharashtra counselling application form. Any candidate from the general or open category cannot convert to any reserved category with any document or certification.
