The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has announced the round 3 seat allotment result for MBBS and BDS admissions for the 2026-27 academic year. According to the data, a total of 11,340 candidates have been allotted seats out of 11,431 available seats, leaving 91 vacancies across the two courses.

Of the total admissions, 8,811 candidates have been allotted MBBS seats, while 2,529 candidates have been allotted BDS seats.
Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the round 3 of Maharashtra NEET UG counselling must report in person to their allotted college with the required original documents and a demand draft for the applicable fees by 5:30 pm on October 14, 2026, to confirm admission.
The CET Cell has also stated that candidates may pay fees by cheque on bank holidays. However, the cheque must be replaced with a demand draft on the next working day. Failure to submit the demand draft within the specified time may lead to cancellation of admission, according to the press release.

A total of 8,811 candidates have been allotted MBBS seats out of 8,814 available seats in the third round. Only three seats remain vacant, according to the CET Cell report. All available MBBS seats in government and private colleges have been allotted. The three vacant seats are in private universities.

For BDS admissions, 2,529 candidates have been allotted seats out of 2,617 available seats. The report shows 88 vacancies in the course. All 317 BDS seats in government colleges have been allotted. The remaining vacancies are in private colleges and private universities.

The Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 cut-off of round 3 varies by category and college type. According to the Maharashtra MBBS cut-off summary, the government MBBS college cut-off ranged from 383 to 534 marks across the listed categories, while the private college cut-off ranged from 178 to 410 marks. According to the Maharashtra BDS cut-off, the closing marks for government colleges ranged from 341 for ST candidates to 481 for the OPEN category. In private colleges, the cut-off varied from 177 marks for OBC candidates to 322 marks for EWS candidates. The table below lists the closing marks and All India Ranks for each category.
