34,393 students fail Maharashtra SSC Board exams 2025; revaluation applications start May 14

Download Now34,393 students failed in one or two subjects in Maharashtra SSC Board exams 2025. Such candidates are eligible for the Allowed to Keep Term (ATKT) facility, as per rules. Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MBSHSE) declared the SSC Board result 2025 today.
Maharashtra Class 10 students who have passed the exam but wish to improve their performance are eligible to appear again under the "Grade / Marks Improvement Scheme" in any of the next three examinations. Those students who have passed all subjects in the Maharashtra SSC Class 10 board exams 2025 (having appeared for all subjects in a single attempt) will be given three opportunities to reappear for improvement exams. These opportunities will be available in the June–July 2025, February–March 2026, and June–July 2026 board exams.
Those candidates who are not satisfied with their Maharashtra SSC results 2025 can apply for rechecking of marks, obtaining photocopies of their answer sheets, and for re-evaluation. They will have to submit the applications online on the official website – verification.mh-ssc.ac.in. The application window for rechecking will be open from May 14, 2025 to May 28, 2025. The rechecking fee is Rs 50 per subject which has to be paid online.
Students can also request photocopies of their answer sheets through email or board website, hand delivery, or registered post.
Students may choose any one of these options, and the photocopies will be provided in the selected format. For this, they will have to submit an online application in the prescribed format through the official website of the relevant divisional board between May 14, 2025 and May 28, 2025. The fee for obtaining photocopies is Rs 400 per subject.
To apply for re-evaluation of answer sheets, students must first obtain the photocopy. From the date the photocopy is received, the student must apply for re-evaluation within the next five working days. The application should be submitted online in the prescribed format, along with a fee of Rs 300 per subject.
