NEW DELHI: Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022, India's top MBA entrance exam, was conducted on November 27 in three sections. CAT is a high-difficulty exam and approximately 2,22,184 candidates appeared this year. Hence the competition is high. Some candidates would have performed well and some would have failed to meet the expectation of getting 95-99+ CAT percentile. Most MBA aspirants apply for multiple MBA entrance exams to increase their chances of getting into an MBA program at IIMs and other top MBA colleges in India.

Top MBA entrance exams after CAT 2022
Here is a list of some of the top MBA entrance exams to be conducted after CAT 2022.
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT MBA 2023)
The IIFT exam is conducted for admission to the MBA-International Business (IB) program offered by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. The IIFT exam paper contains questions from GK and the exam is scheduled to be held on December 18, 2022. The MBA admission will be based on the IIFT entrance exam only.
Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP 2022)
The SNAP exam is conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed) University for admission to MBA programs offered by its constituent institutions. The exam is conducted thrice and candidates get two attempts. The best score in two attempts is considered for MBA admission. The SNAP exam is a one-hour exam consisting of 60 questions from VARC, DILR, and QA. SNAP 2022 will be conducted on December 10, 18, and 23.
ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT 2023)
IBSAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be University) for admission to MBA/ PGPM programmes. IBSAT will be conducted on December 24 and 25, 2022. IBSAT is a proctored home-based mode test of 2 hours duration and will have objective-type questions from areas like Quantitative Techniques, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation and Data sufficiency, and Reasoning Ability.
The application process for IBSAT 2023 is still ongoing. Candidates can fill out the IBSAT application form till the third week of December 2022.
Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2023)
XAT conducts admissions at XLRI Jamshedpur for its MBA courses and around 800 colleges across India. XAT 2023 exam is scheduled on January 8. Students who have appeared for the CAT 2022 must not miss this XAT exam as the difficulty level of both are the same. Candidates can apply for XAT 2023 by visiting the official website - xatonline.in till November 30, 2022.
AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA 2023)
ATMA is a national-level entrance exam conducted by AIMS (Association of Indian Management School). It is a single-window exam conducted for admission to various postgraduate programs like MBA, PGDM, MMS, etc. This exam is scheduled multiple times a year. Around 700 B-schools accept ATMA scores for admission. ATMA 2023 phase 1 is scheduled to be held on February 25, 2023.
Common Management Admission Test (CMAT 2023)
CMAT is a National Level management entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBA/ PGDM programme in the country. The CMAT 2023 will be conducted in the last week of March 2023. CMAT is one of the most popular MBA entrance exams in India. Around 70,000 candidates participate in it every year. The total mark for CMAT is 400. CMAT is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and the duration of the test is 3 hours.
