MCC NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 3 schedule revised; registration extended till January 22

NEW DELHI : The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has revised the NEET PG 2024 counselling round 3 schedule again after the reduction in the cutoff percentile. Candidates can register for counselling NEET PG 2024 round 3 counselling till January 22. Candidates can download the revised schedule through the official website at mcc.nic.in.

Candidates who have already been allotted seats and want to resign from the seats allotted can do so within the given duration. The seats vacated by the candidates will be included in the round 3 seat allotment by MCC.

As per the MCC schedule, the NEET PG counselling 2024 results will be declared on January 25, 2025. The choice locking facility will be available from January 22 to 23, 2025. Candidates will have to report to the allotted college by February 3, 2025. The verification of candidates by the institutes will be done between February 4 and 5, 2025.

The stray vacancy round will begin on February 7, 2025. The results for the stray vacancy round will be declared on February 14, 2025. Candidates will have to report to the allotted college before February 28, 2025.

“It is for the information to all candidates that due to delayed counselling in some states and the recent declaration of Round-2 result in Rajasthan, many requests are being received by MCC for an extension of the NEET PG Counselling schedule. Hence, keeping in view the interest of candidates and since round 3 is the last round of upgradation, the schedule of PG counselling 2024 is being extended with due approval of competent Authority.” the official NMC notice reads.
